ENJOY LIFE AND LIVE LONGER
Want to live longer and enjoy life? Of course none of us want to die young. Keep smiling and try to find the good in life, even when things are tough. Here are some guidelines for you to live longer and at the same time enjoy life:
1. Dancing: Dancing is so much fun. It doesn't matter if you enjoy a slow ballroom dance or a nightclub packed with people all moving to heart-pumping techno. What matters is that you are moving. Dancing has long been recommended as an evenue to fitness.
2. Jogging and Walking: Both jogging and walking are great ways to get fit. They tone the muscles, relieve stress, create a healthier heart and improve lung capability.
3. Young at Heart: Regardless of your age, if you start acting too old, you will actually not benefit yourself at all. Studies have shown that people who act old and feel old can actually suffer from problems before their time.
4. Laugh It Off: The medical field has proven that laughter actually works with your body toward good health.
5. Water: Water is excellent for the body and good health. It helps flush out toxins and other unwanted things lingering in the body. Water also replenishes fluids that help lubricate the internal body, keeps your hydrated, reduces hunger which helps with weight loss, and helps to make skin look smooth and young.
